1. Purpose of Data Processing

The Customer authorizes PT Realta Chakradarma to access, use, process, and/or display Customer Data on a limited basis to the extent necessary for the following purposes:

• Performing maintenance, corrective actions, updates, enhancements, and improvements to systems or services;
• Identifying, analyzing, investigating, and resolving incidents, technical issues, service disruptions, or other operational problems;
• Providing technical support and assistance to Customers;
• Monitoring the performance, security, stability, and reliability of services;
• Complying with applicable legal, regulatory, audit, or lawful requests from authorized authorities; and
• Supporting other operational activities reasonably required for the provision, administration, and management of services.

2. Limitation on Data Usage

PT Realta Chakradarma shall process Customer Data solely for the purposes described in this Policy and shall not:

• Use Customer Data for personal interests or unauthorized purposes;
• Sell, lease, disclose, or transfer Customer Data to any third party without a legal basis or Customer consent, unless required by applicable laws and regulations; or
• Use Customer Data for marketing, advertising, or unrelated business analytics purposes without prior Customer consent.

3. Access Rights to Customer Data

Access to Customer Data shall be restricted exclusively to personnel who:

• Have a legitimate business need-to-know;
• Have been granted appropriate authorization; and
• Are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

PT Realta Chakradarma implements access control measures to ensure that access to Customer Data is restricted, authorized, and appropriately documented.

4. Data Confidentiality and Security

PT Realta Chakradarma shall implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Data against:

• Unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, or processing;
• Loss, corruption, or destruction of data;
• Other information security threats that may affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Customers Data.

5. Data Usage for Troubleshooting Activities

Where necessary for troubleshooting, incident investigation, or service recovery activities, PT Realta Chakradarma may access relevant data, system logs, configurations, activity records, or other information required to diagnose and resolve issues.

Whenever feasible and technically appropriate, PT Realta Chakradarma shall utilize anonymized, pseudonymized, or minimized data to reduce exposure to sensitive information.

6. Logging and Audit

PT Realta Chakradarma may maintain audit logs of Customer Data access and processing activities for information security, audit, incident investigation, compliance, and regulatory purposes.

7. Data Retention

Customer Data accessed or processed for maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support purposes shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended processing purpose and applicable legal or contractual requirements.

8. Compliance with Data Protection Requirements

PT Realta Chakradarma shall process Customer Data in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, including but not limited to those applicable within the jurisdictions in which PT Realta Chakradarma and the Customer operate.

9. Customer Consent

By using the services provided by PT Realta Chakradarma, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer Data may be accessed and processed on a limited basis for maintenance, troubleshooting, technical support, service security, and operational purposes as described in this Policy.
